CocoPopup Events

CocoPopup has the ability to set events to diversify its entry. By default, it is set to ‘On Load’, so the WordPress popup will appear when the page is loaded. Below you will find all the events with their respective settings.

  • On load: This event triggers the popup to appear when the page is loaded, with an adjustable delay available in milliseconds.
  • On Click by CSS Class: The popup appears when any element on the page is clicked. To make it work, you need to enter the corresponding class in the field below. Then, you need to insert the same class into the element that you want to trigger the popup. Simply select the block, go to Advanced, and enter the class in the appropriate field below. Additionally, you have the option to open the popup with a sound. By default, a sound is already included, but you can upload an mp3 file of your choice. You can also decide whether to reopen the popup once it has been closed.
  • On Hover by CSS Class: The popup appears when you hover over any element on the page with the mouse. To make it work, you need to enter the corresponding class in the field below. Then, you need to insert the same class into the element that you want to trigger the popup. Simply select the block, go to Advanced, and enter the class in the appropriate field below. Additionally, you can decide whether to reopen the popup once it has been closed.
  • On specific CSS Class: The popup appears when you scroll the page and reach any element on the page. To make it work, you need to enter the corresponding class in the field below. Then, you need to insert the same class into the element that you want to trigger the popup. Simply select the block, go to Advanced, and enter the class in the appropriate field below. Additionally, you can decide whether to reopen the popup once it has been closed.

  • On scroll specific position: The popup appears when you scroll the page and reach a specific position that you can adjust (start, 3/4, end, or percentage). If you set it to percentage, you can numerically adjust the desired percentage.
  • On scroll direction: The popup appears when you scroll the page up or down; you can set the direction. Additionally, you can set a delay.
  • Exit Intent: The popup appears when the visitor is exiting the page. Additionally, you can set a delay.
  • Inactivity: The popup appears when the visitor is inactive. You can adjust the desired inactive time.
